MV Agusta and AkrapoviÄ sign industrial partnership
Slovenian premium exhaust systems manufacturer, AkrapoviÄ, will soon create exhaust systems specially tailored for MV Agusta motorcycles.
MV Agusta announced a new industrial partnership with AkrapoviÄ, which will supply exhaust systems exclusively designed and produced for specific MV Agusta models. AkrapoviÄ is a pioneer in the innovative use of titanium and super-alloys, and are at the forefront of carbon-fiber components construction. Founded by racing champion Igor AkrapoviÄ, the company works closely with the most prominent teams in MotoGP, World-SBK and MXGP. Leading-edge, racetrack-derived technology is transferred to production models components, guaranteeing unparalleled performance and quality.
AkrapoviÄ already produces premium exhaust systems for a number of brands. Up until this point, it hasn’t produced any for MV Agusta models yet. Soon, there will be a selection available.

AkrapoviÄ has yet to announce which models they will create exhaust systems for. However, it’s very likely to be top-selling models like the Brutale, Dragster, Turismo Veloce and Superveloce. It will be interesting to see AkrapoviÄ’s ideas for improving on the Brutale 800’s triple tip exhaust.
