Nearly 75,000 visitors at Makina Moto Expo 2025

The Makina Moto Expo is slowly becoming the “Philippines’ EICMA” as the show continues to draw a very large number of expo goers at SMX, Pasay City. In 2024, EICMA was reported to have attracted 600,000 visitors from all over the world throughout its 6-day exposition. While still very far from EICMA’s numbers, the Makina Moto Expo 2025 attracted quite an impressive number of expo-goers throughout its 3-day run last weekend, considering that most of the attendees were just locals from Metro Manila and nearby areas.

According to Zach Lucero, the man behind the Makina Moto Expo, the management of SMX has confirmed that its 3-day run from April 4 to 6 has attracted close to 75,000 visitors. To be exact, below are the figures:

April 04, 2025: 18,302

April 05, 2025: 24,767

April 6, 2025: 30,107

Total: 73,176

The Makina Moto Expo 2025 culminated in a peak attendance on Sunday, attracting a remarkable 30,107 visitors. This final day saw a substantial increase in foot traffic, with 11,805 more attendees than the opening day on Friday, April 4th. Building on this success, organizer Zach announced exciting plans for the expo’s landmark 10th anniversary next year. To accommodate the anticipated growth of attendees and offer a bigger event experience, Makina Moto Expo 2026 is slated to be held simultaneously at both the SMX Convention Center and the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
