Bajaj PH is now a standalone brand through TriMotors
For years, Filipinos have known Bajaj primarily as the maker of the popular “tuk-tuk” tricycle or as the manufacturer behind some of Kawasaki’s rebranded models. Now, the Indian multinational powerhouse is officially reintroducing itself in the Philippines as an independent brand, backed locally by TriMotors Technology Corporation (TTC).
Reintroducing the Pulsar and Dominar
Now under its independent brand, Bajaj is reintroducing 5 models that will continue to delight Pinoy motorcycle enthusiasts.
Topping Bajaj’s lineup in the Philippines is the Dominar 400, an expressways-legal motorcycle available in Black, Green, and Red, with a suggested retail price of PHP 208,888. For those unfamiliar, KTM’s 390 series is based on the Dominar 400 platform and is also manufactured by Bajaj in India.
Alongside the expressways-legal Dominar 400, Bajaj Philippines also unveiled the Pulsar NS400, available in Black, Red, and White, with a suggested retail price of PHP 199,888.
Rounding out the lineup are the Pulsar RS200, Pulsar N160, and Pulsar N125, priced at PHP 133,888, PHP 115,888, and PHP 79,888, respectively.
Foothold already established
According to Bajaj Philippines, the brand already had a strong presence in the country long before its recent reintroduction. Under TriMotors, it currently operates over 1,900 authorized dealers and service centers, covers 720 partner cities and municipalities, and serves more than 80,000 ka-Bajaj riders nationwide. With its relaunch, Bajaj Philippines says that it aims to further expand its reach, bringing world-class quality and services to even more Filipinos.

TriMotors is KTM PH
While the event made no mention of KTM, it is no secret that the Indians are now the new masters of KTM, with Bajaj in India owning the Austrian brand. And, earlier this year, TriMotors announced it had been appointed as the official distributor of KTM products in the Philippines, putting the company firmly in the driver’s seat for both brands.
“This new chapter strengthens our mission to provide comprehensive mobility solutions to the Filipino market,” Raul Manglapus III, TTC President, said in an earlier statement. “We are thrilled to bring the adventure and spirit of KTM and Husqvarna to more riders nationwide, alongside our expanding range of Bajaj products.”
In addition to KTM and Husqvarna, TTC has also been named the official distributor of Bajaj sportbikes and Chetak electric scooters from Bajaj Auto Limited (BAL).
