Indian Motorcycle marks 125 years with limited-edition Anniversary Collection
In celebration of 125 years of American motorcycle heritage, Indian Motorcycle, America’s First Motorcycle Company, has unveiled a limited-edition 125th Anniversary Collection, featuring three exclusive hand-painted motorcycles and a matching apparel line. The collection honors the brand’s enduring legacy with premium components, custom badging, and meticulous craftsmanship.
“125 years is a historic milestone and a true testament to the riders whose passion has kept Indian Motorcycle alive,” said Mike Kennedy, CEO of Indian Motorcycle Company. “This special-edition collection reflects our pride as an iconic American brand and our commitment to design, performance, and craftsmanship.”
The 125th Anniversary Collection includes the Chief Vintage, Scout Bobber, and Indian Challenger editions. Each model features hand-painted finishes with metallic micro-flakes, 125th Anniversary pinstriping, and unique serial numbers to highlight their exclusivity. Riders can enjoy modern technology with Indian Motorcycle’s Touchscreen Display powered by RIDE COMMAND+, providing navigation, ride info, maintenance reminders, and Bluetooth connectivity.
The Chief Vintage 125th Anniversary Edition celebrates the classic Chief lineage with valanced fenders, wire wheels, and the Thunderstroke 116 engine delivering 156 Nm of torque. Only 250 units are available globally. The Scout Bobber 125th Anniversary Edition features a stripped-down, aggressive stance, bobbed fenders, and a 1250cc SpeedPlus engine producing 111 horsepower, with 450 units worldwide. Meanwhile, the Indian Challenger 125th Anniversary Edition brings high-performance V-Twin bagger power via the PowerPlus 112 engine, premium components, and 250 units globally.
Complementing the motorcycles, Indian Motorcycle also launched a limited-edition 125th Anniversary apparel collection, including leather jackets, varsity jackets, crewnecks, T-shirts, and hats. Each piece features heritage-inspired design elements, special edition graphics, and exclusive detailing, available in select dealerships in limited quantities.
