KTM launching 390 Adventure in May, SRP 309K
It's finally here! At least on display. You can't buy it yet. The much-awaited KTM 390 Adventure will be available in KTM showrooms starting May of this year, according to our friends who are among the KTM dealers. SRP? Only PhP309,000!

Just a few weeks ago at the KTM Orange Rally, we had the pleasure of chit-chatting with our friends from Adventure Cycle Philippines, Inc., (ACPI) or more popularly known as KTM Philippines. On the subject of the KTM 390 Adventure, they happily shared with MotoPinas.com that they plan to launch the model anytime during the 2nd quarter of this year.

Staying true to their word, our dealer friends who are currently attending the KTM Dealer Convention shared with MotoPinas.com that the much-awaited bike will be launched this coming May with an initial SRP of PhP309,000.00.

Additionally, the bike will have a whole complement of features. What we know so far is that it will be equipped with cornering ABS that includes an offroad mode, full LED lighting, optional quickshifter, suspension package inspired by KTM's class-leading enduro bikes and a fuel tank that is claimed to have a 400-kilometer range.

Like the current Duke 390 model, the new 390 Adventure can also be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth connectivity. This feature will allow the instrument cluster to display any messages or calls while riding.

The 390 Adventure has a claimed power output of almost 45 Ps and a torque output of 37 Nm. Its seat height is 855 mm. Its weight is listed at 172 kilograms. Perhaps, the greatest news about the new 390 Adventure is that, according to Manu Sandejas, Retail Operations Manager of ACPI, these units will be locally built as opposed to being imported to keep the price competitive.
KTM dealers have also begun accepting reservations for the 390 Adventure.
