Subway station construction to close lanes along Mindanao Avenue
Heads up: starting June 29, 2024 (Saturday), two lanes in the southbound portion of Mindanao Ave. will be closed to traffic, to give way to the construction of the Tandang Sora Station of the Metro Manila Subway.
According to the Department of Transportation (DOTr), motorists may experience traffic slowdowns along the stretch of Mindanao Ave. between Congressional and Tandang Sora Avenues. Light vehicles may utilize a diversion road to offset the closure of the outer lanes of Mindanao Ave.
Motorists are also advised to take alternative routes to reduce traffic congestion in the construction area or postpone their trips to a later time.
