You can now renew your vehicle’s registration at PITX

Two years ago, the Land Transportation Office (LTO), together with the Department of Transportation (DOTr) opened the Parañaque Licensing Center at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX). More commonly known as the LTO PITX, the office offered services related to licensing such as applications for Student Permit, new Driver’s License, Driver’s License renewal, additional restriction codes, and change of Driver’s License classification from Non-Professional to Professional and vice versa.

Today, the management of PITX and the LTO proudly announce that the said office is now offering motor vehicle (MV) and motorcycle (MC) registration renewal services.

Jason Salvador, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Director of PITX emphasized the importance of this new service.

“At PITX, we continuously strive to provide innovative and efficient solutions for the convenience of the public. The addition of motor vehicle registration renewal services reinforces PITX’s dedication to being a comprehensive center for all our passengers’ needs,” said Salvador.

This service is designed to make the renewal process more efficient and accessible to motorists in Metro Manila and neighboring areas. PITX continues to enhance its services to meet the evolving needs of its passengers.

To avail of the MV or MC renewal services, motorists must bring the following: your LTO Client ID number, photocopy of the latest MV or MC Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR), photocopy/printed proof of electronically transmitted 3rd Party Liability insurance Certificate of Cover (COC) and electronically transmitted Motor Vehicle Inspection System Report (MVISR) or electronically transmitted Certificate of Emission Compliance (CEC).

The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange is the country’s first-ever landport, a multimodal transport hub in the Philippines, aiming to improve the overall commuting experience of Filipinos by providing seamless interconnectivity between different modes of public transportation. PITX is operated by MWM Terminals, Inc. under a 35-year Build-Transfer-Operate contract.
