DHL is now MV Agusta's global logistics handler

Owning an exotic motorcycle like an MV Agusta comes with both perks and challenges. On one hand, you’re riding what many call “art on two wheels,” a machine that most riders can only dream of, no matter their budget. On the other hand, when something breaks down, as happens with any motorcycle over time, getting those replacement parts can be a major headache.

But that’s about to change. The iconic Italian brand has announced a partnership with DHL to handle the logistics of its spare parts and accessories, making maintenance smoother and more accessible for owners.

Just last December, MV Agusta fully transitioned its spare parts warehouse and logistics operations to DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in supply chain solutions. Under the arrangement, DHL Supply Chain will now manage all storage activities, while DHL Express continues to handle global distribution, ensuring timely delivery to dealers and customers worldwide.

The partnership aims to streamline order management, guarantee on-time deliveries, and address previous availability challenges that affected both dealers and customers. Simultaneously, MV Agusta is implementing advanced IT systems and internal structures to improve inventory accuracy and responsiveness, enhancing service continuity and overall customer experience.

Luca Martin, CEO of MV Agusta, said the partnership with DHL strengthens the brand’s commitment to delivering a premium ownership experience and reliable service to its global customers and dealers. Antonio Lombardo, CEO of DHL Supply Chain Italy, added that the collaboration will use DHL’s logistics expertise to ensure smooth, timely delivery worldwide, letting MV Agusta focus on innovation and growth.
