Over the years, Partakan has always been a source of fun, companionship, and adventure for those seeking an adventure. The main event (beach party) of Partakan Festival 2024 will be at Pozo Robo Beach, Sta. Ana, Cagayan, from March 28-30, 2024.

Even before the hashtag #mototourism became famous, the Partakan Festival had already been promoting local tourism by riding motorcycles. This year, the Partakan Festival will revive the Amazing Moto-Tourism Ride. This activity is neither an endurance challenge nor street racing, but rather a chill and relaxed riding experience. Riders who will take part in the Amazing Moto-Tourism Ride will hit the road on March 27, and depending on their pacing, they can arrive in Sta. Ana, Cagayan anytime between March 28 and 29.
It is important to note that Safety Motorcycle Tourism is one of the key messages of Ropali and Partakan Festival 2024.

- The rider-participants shall register and provide all necessary details through online form in the above link.
- A PHP 1,000.00 for the registration fee must be sent via online channels, and participants must submit a proof of payment though the same online form.
- Upon successful registration, rider-participants will receive an email confirmation of the Partakan Festival 2024 within 24 hours.
- Rider-participants shall receive the following: Dri-Fit shirt, arm sleeves, drawstring bag, holographic sticker, travel insurance, food stubs and access to Pozo Robo Beach.
The Partakan Festival 2024 is open to all motorcycle riders, whether riding solo or with a group; all motorcycle displacements are welcome!
