Rider Responde Project to be launched by Rotary Club and City of Mandaluyong
The Rotary Club of Mandaluyong East, in partnership with the City of Mandaluyong and key private supporters, to officially launch the “Rider Responde Project.” This life-saving initiative aims to train motorcycle riders to become first responders, empowering them to provide critical assistance in emergencies.
The official kick-off will be held at the Mandaluyong City Hall on September 13, 2025. The inaugural training session will bring together civic leaders and emergency response professionals to train 100 motorcycle riders.
The comprehensive program will be focused on both basic and advanced first aid skills, with an emphasis on preparing riders to act decisively as first responders on the road.
The project is a collaborative effort of Councilor Leslie Cruz and is facilitated by professionals, including Dr. Alexandrei Amante and Wilchard Llanario Jr.
Private partners, including the Filipino brand Jabbre Technologies, have joined the cause to ensure participants have access to essential communication tools. For interested riders, contact the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong East through its official social media channels.
