Suzuki expands in Mindanao with new San Franscisco 3S shop
Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH), in collaboration with its long-standing partner Guilmark Corporation, has extended the Suzuki 3S Shop experience to Mindanao with the inauguration of a new branch in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. This development signifies the second 3S Shop established through the partnership between the globally recognized motorcycle brand and Guilmark. It also elevates Guilmark’s network of exclusive Suzuki shops to a total of 20 nationwide, a testament to their 11-year history of collaborative success.

The opening celebration brought together Suzuki enthusiasts, local residents, and community members to commemorate this significant addition to the region. The day commenced with an energetic motorcade through the town, effectively showcasing Suzuki motorcycles and generating excitement among the public. This was followed by a blessing ceremony to formally inaugurate the shop and a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Suzuki Philippines President Mr. Koichiro Hirao and Guilmark CEO Dr. Guillermo Romarate Jr.

The event program also featured special highlights that contributed to the celebratory atmosphere. These included the presentation of the official 3S Shop certificate, a ceremonial toast, the symbolic release of brand-new Suzuki units, and the introduction of the dedicated staff who will serve customers at the new location. Engaging contests and activities were also organized, ensuring the local riding community remained involved and entertained throughout the day.
The leadership of both Suzuki and Guilmark were present at the event, including MC Sales and Marketing Division Head Mr. Jose Salavarria, After Sales Service and Marine Division Head Mr. Yukio Sato, MC Dealer Development Group Head Mr. Cyril Aguadera, and Regional Sales Manager for Mindanao Mr. Dave Obrial from Suzuki. Representing Guilmark were Ms. Richelle Romarate, Ms. Aileen Dumadag, AVP for Guilmark Corporation Mr. Vincent Susana, and other key officers. Their attendance highlighted the ongoing strong partnership between the two companies as they collectively work to make Suzuki’s complete range of services more accessible to riders in Mindanao.

Given Mindanao’s growing significance as a key market for Suzuki, the opening of the San Francisco branch marks another step forward in enhancing customer access to quality products and support. This expansion of their network underscores Suzuki’s enduring commitment to being "By the Filipinos' Side," wherever their journeys may lead.
