VinFast Expands PH E-Motorcycle Network With New MOA Showroom

VinFast has added another retail location to its growing Philippine network with the opening of VinFast MOA by New Nemar at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.

The VinFast Electric Motorcycles showroom officially opened on September 27, 2026, at Units 112–113 (SP) along J.W. Diokno Boulevard, giving customers another place to check out the brand’s electric motorcycle lineup and learn more about its battery subscription and swapping system.

The opening follows VinFast’s Philippine launch in July, when the company opened 21 dealerships nationwide alongside the introduction of the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper electric motorcycles.

The three models are registered as L3 motorcycles, putting them under the same basic registration and licensing requirements as conventional motorcycles. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has approved the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper for registration as L3 motorcycles without sidecars.

Under VinFast’s battery subscription setup, prices start at PHP 62,900 for the Evo, PHP 64,900 for the Feliz II, and PHP 73,900 for the Viper. Buyers can also opt to purchase the motorcycles with one or two batteries included.

Battery swapping is a key part of VinFast’s strategy in the Philippines. The company plans to establish 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets nationwide, allowing riders to replace depleted batteries instead of waiting for them to recharge.

The MOA showroom also puts the brand in front of a different kind of potential customer. Aside from riders in Pasay and nearby areas, the outlet can reach mallgoers who may be curious about electric motorcycles and want to see the vehicles up close before considering one for their daily transportation.

The opening comes as VinFast tries to establish itself in the Philippine motorcycle market dominated by Japanese brands and other manufacturers with long-established dealer and service networks.
