It's Mindanao for the 2026 edition of FJMOTO Mountaincross

New rules. Wilder terrain. Tougher challenges. Fresh scratches. Deeper scars. Stronger riders. That’s how the organizers of the 2026 FJMoto Mountaincross Rally described the upcoming event, following the announcement of its dates. Widely regarded as the Philippines’ most demanding off-road motorcycle adventure, the rally promises to test riders’ skill, endurance, and resilience like never before, and it’s happening in Mindanao.

Unlocking Mindanao

FJMoto Enduro, together with The Long Riders, is gearing up for its most ambitious challenge yet with the announcement of the Mountaincross Rally 2026 Mindanao, set to elevate its already demanding multi-day endurance event format between March 26 and 29. Building on the success of the annual FJMoto Mountaincross Adventure, the rally will introduce new terrain, upgraded logistics and even deeper immersion into remote landscapes of the Philippines.

Since its inception, the Mountaincross Adventure has earned a reputation as a hardcore test of skill, navigation, and endurance. The 2025 edition drew 80 teams of riders traversing from Villa Escudero and through South Luzon, riders tackled GPS-only navigation, unsupported campsite, and a route kept strictly secret until the start.

Riders have praised the event for how it challenges teamwork and respect for local communities, while the organizers emphasize that it is “not a race” but a collaborative and real test of endurance experience.

For 2026, FJMoto promises “wilder terrain” and will expand to include more off-road segments and indigenous cultural routes. While full details are still under wraps, early teaser material points to a collaboration with local enduro groups, tighter time controls and more sophisticated rider tracking systems.

According to the organizers, the aim is to deliver an experience that simultaneously pushes riders and their adventure bikes to their limits, while continuing to support community initiatives in host regions.

Participants and adventure-bike enthusiasts are encouraged to keep an eye on FJ Moto’s official channels for registration details, route reveals and full event mechanics.
