Propelled by a liquid-cooled electric motor, the CE 04 delivers a maximum output of 31 kW (42 hp), enabling it to sprint from 0 to 50 km/h in just 2.6 seconds. Both the standard and reduced output (23 kW/31 hp) versions reach a top speed of 120 km/h, ensuring nimble navigation through city streets and main roads.

Its 8.9 kWh battery provides an ample range of approximately 130 kilometers (100 km for the reduced output version), making day-to-day urban travel and shorter leisure rides completely emission-free.

Charging the CE 04 is convenient, utilizing a household socket, wall box, or public station with a Type 2 charging plug. With the optional 6.9 kW quick charger, a full charge takes just 1 hour and 40 minutes, or a rapid 45 minutes to go from 20% to 80%.
