New service road opened in Parañaque
Motorcycle riders from Cavite and Las Pinas who frequently go to and from Taguig City will ride through C5 Extension all the way to Merville since it is convenient and is the shortest way to get to C5.
Unfortunately, once you reach Kaingin Road after Multinational Village, the 6-lane C5 Extension suddenly shrinks into a 2-lane road, causing a bottleneck and traffic congestion. Now, with the help of CAVITEX Infrastructure Corporation (CIC), a new service road was constructed near the Manila International Airport perimeter fence and is expected to ease congestion in the area.

The newly opened Kaingin Service Road in Parañaque will connect Multinational Road to the CAVITEX C5 Link Flyover Extension/Merville/C5, easing traffic congestion and improving travel time for motorists heading to and from the CAVITEX C5 Link/Taguig.
The new service road was successfully completed and turned it over to the City Government of Parañaque on November 19, 2024.
This project promises to enhance connectivity and provide smoother traffic flow for motorists traveling within Parañaque, Taguig and Las Piñas.
