You can enroll in MMDA's MRA in Rizal Park
In celebration of the Nation’s 126th Independence Day, the Metropolitan Development Authority (MMDA) and 38 other government agencies are now at the Rizal Park (Luneta), Manila, for the 2-day Pampamahalaang Programa at Serbisyo.
In the MMDA booth, motorcycle riders, as well as the general public, can avail of the FREE enrollment for the Motorcycle Riding Academy (MRA), experience the mobile earthquake simulator, and learn more about the agency’s anti-smoking campaign and solid waste management. It will also facilitate inquiries regarding verification of traffic violations and payment of penalties.

The Pampamahalaang Programa at Serbisyo is an annual activity promoting easier public access to the services of various government agencies.
MMDA MRA
The MMDA MRA is a government-sponsored riding school, it offers a FREE 2-day motorcycle training course that covers basic road emergency response, road traffic rules, and regulations, motorcycle orientation on basic parts, control and operation of motorcycles, demonstration of static and moving positions, as well as motorcycle skills practice and demonstration.
It is an LTO-accredited riding school through a Memorandum of Agreement signed on April 2024 between the LTO and MMDA.
