Suzuki and Wheeltek opens flagship 3S Shop and Big Bikes Center in Davao
Suzuki Philippines Incorporated, in collaboration with Wheeltek Motor Sales Corporation, recently celebrated the grand opening of their newest showroom in Matina, Davao City.
This significant event marks the eighth 3S Shop resulting from the Suzuki-Wheeltek partnership and is notable as the first Suzuki 3S Shop in Mindanao to feature Suzuki's high-performance big bikes.
The newly opened showroom offers an expansive and welcoming environment for motorcycle enthusiasts, spanning a total selling floor size of 235 square meters. It includes a dedicated 120 sqm showroom for scooters, underbones and patra, alongside an impressive 135 sqm specifically allocated for its premium big bikes display. This layout aims to provide a comprehensive showcase of Suzuki Philippines’ full product lineup.
The opening ceremony was attended by key executives from both Suzuki Philippines and Wheeltek, highlighting the deep-rooted and successful partnership that has spanned 50 years. Representing Suzuki Philippines were Mr. Yukio Sato, After Sales General Manager; Mr. Joey Salavarria, Division Head for Motorcycle Sales and Marketing; Mr. Cyril Aguadera, Dealer Development Head for Motorcycle Sales and Marketing; and Mr. Erick Fernandez, National Sales Manager.
Wheeltek’s contingent included President Dr. Reynaldo B. Odulio Sr., Executive Vice President Mrs. Rosario Teresita O. L. Odulio, and Marketing Department Manager Gilbert Sison.
The establishment of this Matina shop reflects Suzuki’s confidence in the growing Mindanaoan market. It aims to make the brand’s motorcycle range, including its prestigious big bike models, more accessible to the region’s passionate riding community. The collaboration with Wheeltek, recognized for its expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction, is expected to position this new facility as a premier destination for all Suzuki motorcycle needs.
As mentioned above, the Suzuki Matina Wheeltek 3S Shop will offer a complete array of Suzuki motorcycles, including popular underbone models like the Raider R150 and Smash 115, scooters such as the Burgman Street, Avenis, and Skydrive Sport, and pantra models like the Gixxer SF155 and V-STROM 250SX.
For those seeking higher performance, the big bikes lineup features iconic models, all manufactured in Japan, including the Hayabusa, GSX S1000GT, and the newly launched GSX-8R.
