New Suzuki 3S opens in Cagayan de Oro City
Suzuki Philippines Incorporated, along with its long-standing partner Premio Corporation, recently celebrated the grand opening of their first dedicated Suzuki 3S Shop in Cagayan de Oro City (CDO). This strategic expansion highlights both companies’ commitment to serving Filipinos by providing comprehensive Suzuki products and services to the wider Mindanao region. The move also underscores CDO’s importance as a key market for Suzuki motorcycles, reflecting the city’s robust economic growth and the high demand for reliable personal transportation.
The opening ceremony was attended by key representatives from both organizations. From Premio Corporation, President Mark Allen Du, Vice President for Sales and Marketing Maricris Du, and Board Director Marvin Du were present.
Suzuki Philippines was represented by President, Koichiro Hirao, Motorcycle Sales and Marketing Division Head, Jose Salavarria, Marketing Department Head and Assistant to the Division Head, Daigo Morikawa, Dealer Development Group Head, Cyril Aguadera, Mindanao Regional Sales Manager, Dave Obrial, and Consultant Bong Pascual.
In his address, President Hirao expressed appreciation for Premio’s long-standing partnership and trust. He emphasized that this collaboration combines Suzuki’s renowned engineering philosophy and commitment to quality with Premio Corporation’s deep understanding of the local market, fostering a powerful synergy beneficial to the Cagayan de Oro community.
Cagayan de Oro City serves as a vital hub in Northern Mindanao, with a significant portion of its population relying on motorcycles for daily commuting and business. Consequently, there is substantial demand for convenient access to quality motorcycles, reliable after-sales service, and genuine spare parts.
The new Suzuki 3S Shop directly addresses this market need by offering Suzuki’s complete range of motorcycles, including popular models like the Raider R150 and Smash 115, Burgman Street, Avenis, and Skydrive Sport, as well as backbone models such as the Gixxer SF155 and V-STROM 250SX.
