Limited to 1,990 units worldwide (homage to its 1990 origins), the 2025 Fat Boy Gray Ghost boasts a wealth of updates, notably its Milwaukee-Eight 117 cubic inch custom engine. For comparison, this V-twin engine has a displacement of 1,923cc—which is greater than the engine displacement of most sedans available in the market today.
This powerhouse delivers approximately 101 hp and 165 nm of peak torque, representing an increase of around seven percent in power and three percent in torque compared to the 2024 Fat Boy 114 model.
The Fat Boy Gray Ghost also features a distinctive reflective chrome paint scheme, the result of a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process. Harley-Davidson has employed PVD before, but typically on smaller details like tank badges and exhaust trim. The Gray Ghost breaks new ground as the first production Harley-Davidson to utilize PVD on large body panels such as its fenders, fuel tank, and other parts.
The Fat Boy Gray Ghost also offers riders enhanced control with new riding modes Road, Rain, and Sport. This limited-ed model also benefits from several new Rider Safety Enhancements from Harley-Davidson, including cornering ABS, traction control, drag-torque slip control, and tire pressure monitoring. Further upgrades include all-new LED lighting, standard heated grips, and a new five-inch console-mounted display.
This 2025 Fat Boy Gray Ghost is a 1,990-unit-only production as part of Harley-Davidson's Icons Collection. In the US market, it carries a starting price of USD 25,399, or roughly PHP 1.4 million. Filipino enthusiasts will need to await further information on local availability and pricing.
