Bristol Motorcycles adds Kove 625X to PH adventure lineup
Bristol Motorcycles has added a larger adventure bike to its Philippine lineup with the introduction of the Kove 625X, which carries a special introductory price of PHP 418,800.
The new model follows the Venturi 500, Bristol’s first adventure motorcycle, which MotoPinas.com had the chance to test extensively six years ago. That test covered nearly 6,000 kilometers of both on and off-road riding, including the General Nakar-Dingalan mountain route.
Bristol Motorcycles, the exclusive Philippine distributor of Kove motorcycles, positions the 625X as the next step in the brand’s middleweight adventure range.
Power comes from an upgraded 581cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine, paired with a six-speed transmission and slipper clutch. Bristol says the engine has been tuned for stronger output and improved low to mid-range torque, with the setup aimed at both highway riding and unpaved routes.
The 625X carries a 21.5-liter fuel tank, giving it the capacity for longer stretches between refueling stops. It uses a high-strength steel frame with fully adjustable, long-travel KYB suspension.
Like the Venturi 500, the 625X rolls on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear cross-spoke wheels and tubeless dual-purpose tires. The motorcycle also comes with a 7-inch full-color TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation mirroring. Its rider-assist features include switchable dual-channel ABS, with the option to deactivate the rear ABS for off-road riding, and a multi-level Traction Control System.

Other standard equipment includes integrated crash guards, and an adjustable windscreen. The 625X also gets an automotive-grade millimeter-wave radar system with features such as Lane Change Assist, Rear Collision Warning, and Blind Spot Detection.
The Kove 625X is now available through the Bristol Motorcycles showroom in Caloocan and FJ Moto Enduro in Marikina City.
