2025 KTM 890 Adventure R gets updated graphics
KTM’s 890 Adventure R almost never arrived here in the Philippines. With a few 890s that were able to find their way into KAMMI’s Laguna factory, only a select few enthusiasts could call themselves owners of the elusive 890 Adventure R.
For 2025, we hope that the new KTM distributor, Lucky MAPI, could get more of these models for Pinoy consumption as the Austrian marque updates the 890 Adventure R with new graphics and retains all the features from the 2024 model year.

According to KTM, they took inspiration from the Dakar-winning KTM 450 Rally, with the WP suspension package on the 2025 KTM 890 Adventure R featuring time-proven hardware on each end with a WP XPLOR 48mm fork and a WP XPLOR PDS rear shock working together.
Aesthetically, the KTM 890 Adventure R also leans on its KTM 450 Rally stable mate, with a low windshield, high front fender, rally-styled bodywork, and enhanced body protection. Rider comfort hasn’t been forgotten, however, with the offroad-focused single-piece 880 mm seat emphasizing mobility and grip, and a revitalized graphic set for 2025 finishing the looks package.

The 2025 KTM 890 Adventure R might have a new graphics package but retains its proven hardware underneath. For 2025, the Connectivity Unit is included as standard to enable connection between the KTMConnect app and the TFT via Bluetooth for Turn-by-Turn+ navigation, music, and incoming calls.
KTM says that the 2025 890 Adventure R will be rolling off the Austrian production line starting in November and will be available at authorized KTM dealers from December onwards.
