KTM’s flagship adventure bike receives updates for 2025 model year
2024 will see the last of the 1290 Super Adventure R as KTM bumps up the displacement of its flagship adventure bike to become the 1390 Super Adventure R for 2025.

New for 2025
As mentioned above, the Super Adventure R’s engine was bumped up from 1,300 cc, and is now a 1,350 cc fire-breathing engine producing 173 ps of power and 145 nm of torque. Additionally, the 1390 Super Adventure R now features an all-new bodywork design, LED lighting, a shorter, more offroad-focused windshield, and more storage binnacles.
Its frame was also updated to increase stiffness, improving handling and track stability.
Other new features include crash bars (as standard), off-road-focused 48 mm WP Xplore shock absorbers, premium electronics package complete with an all-new 8-inch vertical-mounted dashboard. The 8-inch touchscreen features inductive technology, allowing easy operation – even when wearing thick winter or offroad gloves.
The screen also features innovative Anti-reflex, anti-fingerprint, and anti-glare coating which improves overall readability, as well giving riders access to new riding modes, built-in Navigation, and Connectivity features.

The 2025 KTM 1390 Super Adventure R will be rolling off the Austrian production line in sometime in 2025. Philippine availability and pricing will be announced soon by Lucky MAPI.
