LTO Region 4 announce Cavite plate distribution schedule for 2014-2017

LTO R4-A Oplan: Stop, Plate and Go caravan in Cavite

Following the successful resolution of an 11-year motorcycle license plate backlog, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region IV-A CALABARZON announces the availability of plates for the years 2014 through 2017. Motorists with outstanding plates from this period can now proceed with claiming them.

LTO R-IV CALABARZON has launched its plate distribution caravan, beginning tomorrow, August 13, up to August 17, 2025.

This program, part of the OPLAN: Stop, Plate, and GO initiative, which aims to bring the nationwide license plate distribution directly to local communities, ensuring a fast and orderly process that honors the “Bagong Pilipinas” promise of excellent public service.

The OPLAN: Stop, Plate, and Go caravan will be distributing plates in Cavite on the following dates:

August 13, 2025

Kawit: Barangay Samala-Marquez, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Indang: Cavite State University, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

August 14, 2025

Kawit: Barangay Samala-Marquez, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo: Covered Court, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

August 15, 2025

Kawit: Barangay Samala-Marquez, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

August 16, 2025

Bacoor City: Barangays Molino 3 and Bayanan, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

General Mariano Alvarez (GMA): GMA Sports Complex, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Cavite City: Samonte Park, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Tanza: Tanza Convention Center, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Dasmarinas: Barangay Burol 1, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Trece Martires City: De Ocampo Covered Court, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Naic: Barangay San Roque, from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Tanza: SM City Tanza, from 8:00 AM onwards.

Motorists can also check the readiness of their plates on www.ltotracker.com. Required documents for claiming include a photocopy of the OR and CR, a Deed of Sale if applicable, and an authorization letter with a valid ID for representatives.
