Art of Mobility 100% back to MV Agusta

MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., has successfully completed a transaction returning 100% ownership to Art of Mobility, marking a significant step towards strategic independence. This move follows a two-year partnership with KTM AG, which contributed meaningfully to dealer network development and production technologies. To ensure a smooth transition, some operational functions will remain jointly managed until the end of the financial year.

Art of Mobility has expressed full confidence in MV Agusta’s leadership team and future vision. Reflecting this, Luca Martin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), elevating from his previous roles as COO and Deputy CEO. Filippo Bassoli remains Board Member and Chief Brand & Marketing Officer.

Timur Sardarov and Ratmir Sardarov, will serve as non-executive Directors representing Art of Mobility, with Hubert Trunkenpolz confirmed as Chairman of the Board.
