CFMOTO introduces the 150 Aura neo-retro scooter
CFMOTO Philippines kicks off 2026 by aiming for a slice of the booming retro-scooter market by introducing its high-tech, retro-inspired 150 Aura, priced at PHP 131,700. Combining classic design cues with modern features, the 150 Aura puts CFMOTO in direct competition with Honda Giorno, Yamaha Fazzio, Suzuki Access, Bristol Vantaggio, and iconic names like Vespa and Lambretta.
Timeless design, modern features
At first glance, the 150 Aura draws heavily from timeless scooter design, marked by its round contours, smooth flowing lines, and classic-inspired liveries. But beneath the vintage styling, however, lies a suite of modern features that firmly establish it as a high-tech machine rather than just a nostalgic throwback.
CFMOTO says the 150 Aura was engineered around a fuel-efficient yet punchy 149.5cc, liquid-cooled, four-valve EFI engine, producing a claimed 16 PS of power at 8,500 rpm and 14.3 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
On paper, that gives the 150 Aura a slight edge over the Yamaha Aerox 155, which puts out a claimed 15.4 PS of power and 14.2 Nm of torque, nudging CFMOTO’s retro-styled contender ahead in the numbers game.
Tech is where the 150 Aura flexes even harder. It packs a 6.2-inch TFT display, keyless ignition, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and full-LED lighting with DRLs. It also gets a Type-C charging port and an idling start/stop system to help squeeze more range out of its 8-liter fuel tank.
Perhaps the biggest flex in its tech arsenal is the smart NFC card and built-in front-and-rear dashcam. Riders can simply tap the NFC card just below the TFT screen to unlock the 150 Aura, no traditional key required.
It doesn’t stop there. The scooter can also be unlocked via Bluetooth connectivity through a smartphone app or by entering an on-screen password, giving owners multiple layers of smart access in a package that looks anything but high-tech at first glance.
Availability
CFMOTO Philippines says the 150 Aura is now available at authorized dealers nationwide, carrying an SRP of PHP 131,700. Buyers can choose from Ivory White, Velocity Grey, Vintage White, and the standout Royal Blue.
