Kawasaki unwraps the Ninja E-1 at Makina Moto Show
It was December of 2023 when Kawasaki announced the electric version of the legendary Ninja: the Ninja E-1.
Presented to Pinoy riders at the 2024 Makina Moto Show, the new Ninja E-1 is now available with an SRP of PHP 624,000.
Features

The Ninja E-1 features an electric powerplant which has an output equivalent to 12 Ps of power. While the power may not seem much, it makes up for its torque output at 40 Nm.
The Ninja E-1 also features a TFT screen, smartphone connectivity, reverse mode, two 11.5 kg removable batteries, ABS and riding modes.
One of the best features of the new Ninja E-1 is its batteries. Only weighing 11.5 kg each, these batteries can be hand-carried to your office desk when a charger plug is not available in the parking lot.

On the downside, the battery range is limited to 55 kilometers only per full battery charge. Also, it takes 3.7 hours to fully recharge each battery, so you’ll need two portable charging docks to save on time. On the other hand, it will take almost 8 hours to fully recharge both batteries by using the Ninja e-1's built-in charging dock.
In Japan, the Kawasaki Ninja E-1 SRP starts at JPY 1,067,000 or roughly PHP 405,550.
