Valentino Rossi presents his team's 2026 MotoGP livery
For many Pinoy fans, the name Valentino Rossi is virtually synonymous with MotoGP itself. Known as “The Doctor,” Rossi is a seven-time premier class world champion and holds the all-time records for the most premier class victories and podium finishes, with 89 wins and 199 podiums to his name.
While The Doctor is already retired, he continues his racing legacy with the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team and has recently presented their 2026 MotoGP livery in Rome, Italy.
This year’s team livery, dubbed #BlackAndLight, is described by the team as a “back to origins” concept, a clear homage to Valentino Rossi’s iconic fluorescent race colors from his MotoGP days. The Ducati satellite squad also maintains continuity for the new season, retaining Franco Morbidelli and Fabio Di Giannantonio as its rider lineup.
In the 2025 season, the team secured a total of 13 podium finishes across both Sprint and Grand Prix races. Giannantonio ended the year with 262 points and four podiums in 22 races, while teammate Franco Morbidelli finished close behind with 231 points and two podiums across 20 races.
