Scrambler 400 XC officially launched by Triumph Motorcycles Philippines

Triumph Motorcycles Philippines takes the honor as the first European manufacturer to launch a big bike in 2026 with the unveiling of the Scrambler 400 XC. SRP is 404,000.

Originally launched in India in May 2025, the Scrambler 400 XC is positioned as the more off-road-focused offering in Triumph’s 400cc lineup. Its introduction builds on the strong momentum of the brand’s entry-level range in the Indian market, where Triumph is reported to have sold more than 3,000 units in 2025 alone.

Like the Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400 X, the Scrambler 400 XC is powered by Triumph’s 398cc TR-series single-cylinder engine, producing 40 PS of power and 37.5 Nm of torque. The model appears to retain the same frame and suspension configuration as the Scrambler 400 X, preserving a familiar balance between on-road comfort and light off-road capability.

The Scrambler 400 XC distinguishes itself through a series of off-road-oriented enhancements. Most notably, it adopts wire-spoke wheels with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear, wrapped in dual-sport tubeless tires designed for mixed terrain. Reinforcing its classic scrambler identity, the XC also features a high-mounted front mudguard, a brushed aluminum skid plate, and protective engine bars on both sides, underscoring its rugged, adventure-ready character.

Priced at PHP 404,000, the new Scrambler 400 XC is positioned above both the Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400 X, which are currently offered at PHP 299,000 and PHP 339,000, respectively.
