CU525 and DS900X launched by VOGE
VOGE (pronounced as vowj) recently added two new models to its lineup at an event at Kickstand Café, Westgate Alabang, that would surely entice both the easy-riding cruiser community and the dirt-loving adventure bike riding community: the CU525 and the DS900X.
CU525 cruiser
First introduced in China in 2023, the CU525 is a cruiser motorcycle that “boasts a sleek and contemporary look characterized by sharp lines and an aggressive stance that commands attention.”
According to VOGE Philippines – who also imports Loncin motorcycles in the country – the new CU525 is powered by a 525 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that is capable of producing up to 50 hp. This engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission with belt as final drive.
Other features include full-LED lighting, a digital cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, comfortable seat for the rider, traction control, dual-channel ABS, 16-liter fuel tank, sporty exhaust and crash bar.
SRP starts at PHP 356,000.
DS900X adventure bike
The new DS900X adventure bike is VOGE’s answer to the growing popularity of adventure bikes all over the world, and it’s ready to conquer any type of terrain, wherever, whenever.
First introduced at the 2022 edition of EICMA in Italy, the DS900X is now in the Philippines with an SRP of PHP 636,000, while the black edition will have an SRP of PHP 656,000.
This adventure bike from Loncin’s premium brand is ready to hit the off-beaten tracks with its 895 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that is capable of producing up to 94 hp, according to VOGE. The DS900X also boasts off-road capable 21-inch front/17-inch rear wire wheels, adjustable suspension for both the front and rear; 17-liter fuel tank, full-color TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity, riding modes Road/Off-road/Rain, ABS, adjustable traction control, adjustable windscreen, crash guards, skid plate, saddle bag mounting brackets, and many more.
