Bagster tank bag transforms a motorcycle tank bag into a pet carrier for small dogs
Bringing a dog on a motorcycle has always been tricky. While plenty of riders have found creative ways to travel with their pets, doing it safely is another story.
French motorcycle luggage manufacturer, Bagster, has come up with a dedicated solution called the Puppy, a tank-mounted pet carrier designed for small dogs.
Unlike a conventional tank bag, the Puppy is built to carry a live passenger. It sits on top of the fuel tank, keeping the dog in front of the rider instead of at the rear of the motorcycle. According to Bagster, this allows riders to keep an eye on their pet throughout the trip.

The carrier comes in two versions: the 20-liter Puppy Small and the larger 30-liter Puppy, both intended for dogs weighing up to 8 kilos.
To make pets more comfortable, the bag features a large zippered opening, a transparent viewing window, and ventilation ports to improve airflow inside the carrier. An internal safety strap prevents the dog from jumping out, while side pockets provide space for a leash, treats, documents, and other small items. The removable bottom liner can also be washed after a trip, and the included shoulder strap lets owners carry the bag once they’re off the bike.
The Puppy uses the same mounting system found on Bagster’s tank bags. It can be attached to one of the company’s tank covers or to the Easy Road universal support, allowing it to fit a wide range of motorcycles.
Bagster says the Puppy is the latest version of a pet carrier concept the company first introduced more than two decades ago, updated for today’s motorcycles and riders.
Pricing starts at EUR 184 (around PHP 12,920) for the Puppy Small, while the larger Puppy retails for EUR 209 (around PHP 14,670) based on current exchange rates. Availability varies by market through Bagster dealers and the company’s online store.
