Kawasaki unveils refreshed Brusky 125 with new colors for Pinoy riders

Scooters remain a staple choice for Filipino riders, and to keep up with that enduring demand, Kawasaki, through its partnership with Malaysia’s MODENAS, introduced the Brusky 125 to the Philippines in September 2024.

Now, Kawasaki Motors Philippines has given its “Always On Duty” scooter the spotlight once again, with the newly refreshed Brusky 125, unveiled at the Makina Test Ride Consortium on October 18, 2025.

Set to be available nationwide this coming November, the enhanced Brusky 125 will hit showrooms with an SRP of PHP 77,000. The refreshed Brusky 125 will be available in three exciting colors: Duchess White, Glorious Black, and Caribbean Cyan, each designed to reflect a youthful, energetic aesthetic.

Still the same workhorse

Beyond the styling upgrade, the Brusky retains its functional heritage: a 5.1-liter fuel tank, USB charging socket, and spacious under-seat storage. These features say a lot about Kawasaki’s commitment to addressing the needs of daily commuters and riders in the MC Taxi and delivery services.

Powered by a fuel-injected 125cc single-cylinder engine, the Kawasaki Brusky 125 strikes a balance between urban agility and daily practicality. Its powerplant delivers 9.52 PS at 7,500 rpm and 10 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, enough to make city commutes smooth and responsive.

While Kawasaki has yet to release an official fuel-economy figure, several sources estimate the Brusky 125’s efficiency at around 40-45 km/L, making it an ideal choice for riders who want performance without sacrificing fuel savings.
