Limited edition rally bikes for 2026 announced by KTM
For 2026, KTM will produce a highly limited run of its acclaimed rally raid machine, consisting of just 150 units of the KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA. Additionally, an ultra-exclusive five units of a specialized KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA Sanders Edition will also be made available.
The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA has demonstrated its formidable capabilities across thousands of kilometers of rally raid competition, from privateer entries to Rally2 and RallyGP. Its development incorporates extensive data and insights from KTM’s roster of Dakar champions, including recent victor Daniel Sanders.
The latest iteration, significantly updated after the 2025 Dakar Rally where it secured a dominant victory, represents the pinnacle of rally raid engineering. The model features a proven 450cc fuel-injected SOHC engine, a six-speed gearbox, and dual radiators, all integrated into a meticulously hand-welded frame from KTM’s Motorsports facility. It is equipped with WP PRO components suspension, including WP XACT PRO forks and a fully adjustable WP XACT PRO rear shock.
The rider cockpit has been refined for optimal racing experience, featuring an aerodynamically optimized fairing and a carbon fiber navigation tower.
Meanwhile, the Sanders Edition offers enhanced exclusivity, distinguished by its Full Factory Red Bull livery, Daniel Sanders’ specific decals, a unique numbered emblem on the frame, and a range of factory-spec components like a special seat, race tires, and factory brake discs.
Owners of this rare edition will also receive a VIP package that includes participation in the 2025 KTM Europe Adventure Rally, offering the unique opportunity to ride alongside Daniel Sanders and receive dedicated factory support.
Both the 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA and the Sanders Edition are purpose-built for serious rally racers, produced and assembled exclusively at KTM’s official Motorsports facility in Austria. The price is yet to be announced by KTM.
