New Packtalk PRO now in the PH
Back in May, Cardo Systems introduced the new Packtalk PRO rider intercom. The new Packtalk PRO now comes with a crash detection sensor that will automatically alert someone in your emergency contacts in the event of a crash. Ride Manila – the exclusive Philippine distributor or Packtalk - has officially launched the new Packtalk PRO with an SRP of PHP 25,950.
Crash detection
According to our friends from Ride Manila, Packtalk PRO’s crash detection sensor works by sending an emergency SMS (text message) that includes geolocation info to your chosen emergency contact on your phone in the event of a crash or accident. If the rider is OK, he or she can cancel the crash detection by simply saying "ignore" to his or her Packtalk PRO.
Additionally, the new Packtalk PRO also has a new Auto ON/OFF feature that will automatically shut down the gadget when not in use after a certain amount of time – further extending the battery life which is especially useful during long rides.
Other features include JBL speakers, magnetic “air mount”, IP67 waterproof and many more.
