LTO Chief orders complete phaseout of Stradcom IT system, mandates full migration to LTMS
Following directives from the Office of the Ombudsman, the Land Transportation Office has ordered all regional sites and printing offices to immediately cease using the old Stradcom system and process all public transactions exclusively through the LTMS.
