Honda CUV e: making its market debut soon
Honda first introduced the CUV (Clean Urban Vehicle) in 1994 as a Japanese Domestic Market model. Now, it is set to launch its second electric two-wheeler in Europe for the 25 model year (MY): the CUV e:, a serious scooter designed for the modern commuter. This new model represents a significant step in Honda’s ambitious plan to introduce ten or more electric two-wheelers globally by 2025 and achieve carbon neutrality for its motorcycle lineup by 2040.

The CUV e: offers a seamless blend of performance and practicality, powered by dual Honda Mobile Power Pack e: units. Its 6kW E-Drive side motor provides a top speed of 83 km/h and a range of over 70 km, delivering a riding experience comparable to a 125cc scooter.
The swappable battery packs can be fully charged in 6 hours or from 25% to 75% in less than 3 hours using a bespoke charging dock, allowing for convenient at-home charging.

Designed with a sleek, contemporary style and a flat floor, the CUV e: is equipped with premium features including full LED lighting, a USB-C socket, and convenient under-seat storage.
Riders can choose between a standard five-inch TFT screen or a fully connected seven-inch TFT display with the new Honda RoadSync Duo interface, which offers EV-specific navigation and seamless smartphone integration.

With its functional design and advanced technology, the CUV e: is poised to attract early-adopter commuters looking to transition from traditional scooters as urban mobility landscapes evolve. Its convenient Smart Key operation and Reverse Assist function further enhance its user-friendly appeal.
The CUV e: will be available in three color options: Pearl Jubilee White, Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic, and Premium Silver Metallic.
PH availability and pricing is TBA.
